Why does this read like an LLM wrote it? Marketing? QA is about pareto's principle, figure out what you are optimizing for and go after it. In general I prefer to optimize for key end user workflows. I'd like to catch everything but if I'm shipping something out the door its most important to me that it works for end users. If I was a CISO I'd have a different optimization characteristic. QA can't and won't test everything so its accurate that you need to gear toward your highest priorities. There are books on the topic of how to best QA, its the same in the cloud as on prem, these are all just computers at the end of the day.

Making the right choice of test will help to determine different levels from generic to true business cases. Parameters can be used in better understanding of the results.
