Analyze solutions attempted by competitors and industry standards to determine what testified approaches or designs exist before inventing new ideas.

Ensure ample negative space plus breathing room between components. Use consistent and relevant images across the platform and it is important to limit the color palette and fonts. Visual hierarchy plays a major role in the user experience making sure the important elements and contents are placed on the top. Determine if the layout should be fixed or fluid depending on context; both can have strong utility depending on goals. Get feedback early.
