In order to facilitate a smooth and transparent stakeholder engagement, the project manager should consider the following; 1. Identify the major stakeholders ( understand their backgrounds,ie their level of understanding of the project ) 2. Conduct a stakeholder engagement meeting, and address all their grievances, misunderstandings, misconceptions, and all other concerns. 3. Properly acquire lands, perform property and crops valuations and pay compensations accordingly.

Como abogado corporativo, la mayor parte del tiempo elaboramos y negociamos cláusulas contractuales. En este sentido es evidente como ha cambiado la forma en la que se trabajan los contratos ya que ahora es importante no solo vigilar que se cumpla con la ley aplicable sino además con las leyes relacionadas que regulan principios éticos, sus procesos anticorrupción, presentación de informes sobre actividades vulnerables, pero sobre todo hay que evaluar si la operación en sí, forma parte de un proceso que es reportable a las autoridades para evitar que se cometan actos que podrían considerarse delictivos.
