What are the best practices for staying organized as a consultant in workplace safety?

This is becoming more and more relevant in today's world where consultants provide significant input into the safety and wellbeing of the employees of businesses. Being able to clearly and comprehensively communicate the actual benefits of implementing practical workplace health and safety is, in my opinion, essential in order to achieve a buy-in from the relevant parties.

A mi me ha resultado útil los oyentes de comunicación asertivas y efectivas ,ser constante y disciplinado cuando desarrollas tu sistema gestión , cuando aplicas tus habilidades blandas y al final tu gente te entiende se habré un camino y se continúa con ello siendo sostenible aplicando el efecto cascada.

I use a traditional paper diary for my important goals and then digital project management tools for client work and tracking progress. As a consultant I collaborate with several other consultants so I have a variety of collaboration platforms that I use as project management solutions including things as simple as Google Drive/Docs.

Being open to negative feedback and responding with grace and openness is important - its something I have always struggled with but I am working hard on so don't feel alone if you also struggle to take negative feedback well. Actively seeking regular feedback from a diverse range of stakeholders is critical for progress.

I personally don't believe in balance - which means equal parts of work and life. I don't make a clear distinction now that I am a self-employed consultant. I think it is important to dedicate time to self-care and family roles but to think that you need to have a 50/50 split or a "balance" of sorts can actually harmful psychologically (in my experience). Being conscious of when too much "work mode" is being reached is important.
