I would strongly recommend to avoid blind regression. I. e. refactoring was done and we take a decision just to run regression (without any additional analysis). What is possible negative impact of it? For example: 1) areas that should be tested deeply - tested on regular regression level 2) areas that should not be tested tested at all (cause they are not affected really) - tested (so extra time spent for nothing) 3) risks are not analyzed => they are not identified => incidents and bug will appear suddenly and each time it will be a surprise
