The return of goods in not common as usual but it is very important to have clear policies. As I'm working in Amul - Dairy products. 1) once our shipment is rejected by foreign customs because of some approvals. Customer is asking for return the goods bcz he is unable to take delivery - we divert the shipment to another destination where that particular approval is not needed. 2)Once our shipment has got stucks bcz some of the tests are not cleared at customs we dispose the shipment with observation in agencies. De tal manera que se pueda evitar gastos innecesarios y tratarlos de otra forma. Uno de los casos lo podemos ver en productos de importación que en algunas veces los empaques primarios ya vienen maltratados o el producto ya viene con talla diferente , etc y que si no son detectados en tiempo se envían al cliente final, por eso es importante generar controles durante el proceso.
