Totally agree. Devise a method for storage. I found that having three SSD works for me. With that, I do use cloud storage e.g. Onedrive and Google One as part of the solution.

For an organization, definitely as an individual not really. It's totally a thing of organizing.i would say at least twice a year confirm what's needed and delete the rest.
