Brindar confianza es otro pilar que se debe de tener en cuenta. La entrada a proyectos de Blockchain puede resultar desafiante y algunos quizás pueden llegar a estar atemorizados al tomar proyectos por primera vez, sin importar que sean programadores con basta experiencia, managers que han llevado muchos proyectos o directores de grandes empresas. Es importante recordar que el cambio de paradigma es muy amplio a lo que se ha venido trabajando desde la aparición de la web 2.0, por lo que resulta óptimo tomar las fortalezas que cada participante tenga en su expertise, para que sean estas las que brinden esa confianza para desenvolverse en este mundo de Blockchain.

Blockchain is an emerging technology and requires different approach for mentoring blockchai professionals. Dynamic nature of technology changes, continous improvement and scalability components make blockchain domain more challenging. Also its open source way of architecture and no central authority; developers has to keep updated on latest updates in this domain. So to mentor them requires open mindset, risk taking ability development and testing/preprod enviornment support with required commercials are the key as per my view point.
