We need to communicate properly the needs from the team member from across the location. We need to have channels in teams or slack or any communicator, to have the team updates such as work plans, deployment plans, testing plans and leave plans, so that can complete the task without any hiccups and have the back up to cover up the absence. The channels created should have the instructions set and being active with swift responses. We can have a channel for fun activity too which can be done on regular intervals with team activities.
