La mejor recompensa es la retribución económica apropiada (a veces, es algo más de lo que sería justo). No obstante, resulta imprescindible el trato correcto, la capacidad de generar confianza, fiabilidad... La mejor retribución es también ésa, tener un equipo y unos jefes que te ayudan.
