Adding to the above, it’s also very important to consider the cost of change from ordinary and legacy systems to the new IoT enables environment and the corresponding resistance that may occur from your internal teams. So enabling people is as important as putting all technical aspects on the table

Don't go for traditional and legacy SCADA or BMS (Building ?? Management Systems) but rather rely on open architecture, scalable, reliable and modern IoT AEPs (Application Enablement Platforms) like MasterOfThings IoT AEP.
