1 Identify your learning objectives

Before you start planning your lesson, you need to have a clear idea of what you want your students to learn and achieve by the end of it. Learning objectives are statements that describe the specific knowledge, skills, or attitudes that your students should demonstrate as a result of your instruction. They should be SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Me ha resultado útil establecer objetivos de aprendizaje (SMART), hacer una práctica guiada de aprendizaje con videos, estudio de casos y aprendizaje coperativo con inicio, desarrollo y cierre. La evaluación del aprendizaje es con base a proyectos (ABP). La evaluación del aprendizaje es en equipos y en forma individual con base a trabajos y prácticas con objetivos de aprendizaje,? fechas de realización y entregas. Al final del curso, hacer la evaluación final con un proyecto que abarque todo el curso y como resultado, la evaluación que corresponda a los objetivos iniciales de aprendizaje.

Efectivamente, hay una conexión lógica y consistente entre lo que ense?o, lo que hago y lo que mido durante el proceso, en mi lección. Este alineamiento del curriculo en el aula en base a una concordancia entre los criterios de evaluación, los objetivos, las actividades de aprendizaje y métodos de evaluación y así estos tres elementos se apoyan mutuamente. "Para Bigss la alineación constructiva, comienza reflexionando sobre qué queremos que nuestro alumnado aprenda, y luego se alinean las actividades y la evaluación, podríamos decir que es un alineamiento entre los desempe?os (competencias específicas y criterios de evaluación), los procesos (tareas, actividades y ejercicios) y los productos (evaluación, evidencias)".

Um überhaupt differenzieren zu k?nnen, muss man zun?chst einmal beobachten und geschehen lassen. Dazu bieten sich vor allem die naturwissenschaftlichen F?cher und Themenfelder an, indem man sie praxisnah gestaltet. Am besten drau?en in der Natur, indem man Angebote macht und Anreize schafft, sich darüber hinaus aber als Lehrkraft herausnimmt und abwartet, was sich entwickelt, wer sich für was interessiert und welche Rolle einnimmt.
