Variable to fixed pay ratio ( aggressive / assertive / hygiene) + maturity level of performance management process. 2. Pay philosophy ( market positioning ) and Appetite of the organisation (how much can they afford ) to absorb the salary cost 3. Business plan and priorities ( growth focussed / reduction of losses) 4. Our put from people survey , what people feel about compensation , Variable pay and increments. Compensation philosophy is customised to each organisation and for the same organisation it evolves with the business / industry perspective.

En matière de rémunération, il n'y a guère d'autres préceptes à adopter que : - La Clarté : savoir combien je gagne - La Transparence : savoir combien je peux gagner et ... quelles sont les tranches de rémunération ouvertes à mon poste - La Souplesse : un système doit pouvoir s'adapter Il faut parfois s'inspirer de ce qui se fait pour les commerciaux : une bonne rémunération variable est celle que ces Collaborateurs peuvent immédiatement calculer (idéalement : à chaque vente), en sachant jusqu'à combien ils peuvent gagner (idéalement : sans plafond), et surtout adaptée au marché et aux objectifs ... qui bougent Le but pour les Collaborateurs n'est pas de tout savoir sur toutes les rémunérations, mais "pourquoi et combien" ils gagnent.
