1 Choose the right format

One of the first steps to customize the Opera PMS check-in report is to choose the right format for your property. Opera PMS offers four different formats for the check-in report: standard, pre-printed, summary, and custom. The standard format is the default option that shows all the relevant information for each reservation. The pre-printed format is designed for properties that use pre-printed registration cards and only shows the guest name, room number, and folio number. The summary format is a condensed version of the standard format that shows only the most important details for each reservation. 2 Filter the data

You can also filter the data by specific fields, such as rate code, payment method, reservation type, room feature, and special request. 3 Sort the data

Opera PMS allows you to sort the data by arrival date, departure date, room number, guest name, confirmation number, VIP code, group code, company code, source code, market code, and rate code. 4 Add or remove fields
