Considero que este paso es el más importante, debido a que el detectar correctamente los modos de falla va a garantizar que podamos proponer mejoras al proceso para corregirlos o eliminarlos. Para esto estoy de acuerdo que se aplique la herramienta (FMEA) y una vez enumerados los modos de falla por gravedad, ocurrencia y detención, recomiendo que se aplique un 80/20 y de esta manera obtener mejores resultados.
