in my opinion usualy best practice for safety features in factory is visual material. It could be animated video showing how danger it could be not to pay attention or breake safety rules. Ocassional lessons and practise are also often very handy. in my practise the hardest form (and of cource and sustainable one) is ready material, which is printed and given to you. As one side expects you to reade while other side tries to make it as fast as possible and in the end neither of side winners here. to resume i think visual adoptation is a solution, especialy in these days of IG, tik-t era.
