I have used the SUS scale on multiple occasions but honestly I don’t think it prompts users to express how they feel about the usability well enough. Qualitative methods according to me better help in testing usability.

The PULSE framework stands for Problem, Understanding, Learnings, Solutions, and Evaluation, and guides you through the entire user research cycle from identifying the problem to measuring the results. The PULSE framework helps you align your user research with the product vision and goals, communicate your findings and recommendations effectively, and demonstrate the value and ROI of your user research.
The NPS score, or Net Promoter Score, is a common and simple way of measuring user loyalty and satisfaction. The NPS score is based on one question: How likely are you to recommend this product or service to a friend or colleague? Users answer on a 11-point scale from 0 to 10, and are categorized as detractors, passives, or promoters. The NPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. The NPS score gives you an indication of how your product or service is perceived by your users, and how likely they are to spread positive word-of-mouth.
I'm well-versed in Rite, Pulse, and NPS scores, with a preference for the Rite method due to its precision and efficiency in user feedback evaluation. What sets it apart is its iterative nature, allowing continuous testing and refinement until market fit or goals are attained. Another impactful approach is Pulse by Meta, sharing similarities with Rite but delivering comparable results. While both methods may extend development time, the question arises: is it better to invest time in refining a feature for a widely accepted product or release a product with minimal engagement?
