From my experience, during my sons care at St. Joseph's before he was transferred to Phoenix Children's Hospital was the inconsistencies within the nurses station answers as being that a current patient would have for them. However the coordination of care was unknown at that point because my son was still basically on life support and anything could have changed within a split second. The assessments provided, the level of communication by the acting primary doctor and the level of informative information that was provided at the time was undaughting when your emotions are ever so upset due to the circumstances it's definitely hard to comprehend their terminology at that point, but had resources provided, the prognosis explained thoroughly
