From a Cyber Security perspective, it's good to obfuscate as much as possible as often as possible. If an attacker is able to dump a config, or find documentation of the ACLs, it can act as a map for a threat actor to use to traverse your network.

The Acl numbered often refers to identification that helps in routing to use those numbers to identify and trouble shoot for standard its 1-99 but for extended its 199-200 depends upon the Acl configuration we use Numbered acl for numeric way of coding it, for Named it would be Task1 would be name that which we assign there for routers that we possibly likely to connect with it .

Thing which i really found interesting about Numbered ACL is that it would help in troubleshoot if any injury prone router or any router goes failed mode, which inturns helps in understanding and so that we can able to configure it , it would stay long time and its proper way of configuring the routing table .
