What are the benefits and challenges of agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe and LeSS?

SAFe and LESS frameworks do have their own challenges and pitfalls, should be approached carefully, but there's one thing that we should agree on -- if you don't scale, you don't grow as a business. Your structure just won't let you grow. If you admit that -- pros and cons, pitfalls, resistance become challenges on the way to the goal of growing and scaling your business.
