One advantage of Simulink blocks is their intuitive, visual interface, making it easier to build and understand complex systems by dragging and connecting more than one block. This visual representation is particularly really helpful for verifying system logic. however, a disadvantage is that Simulink might be less flexible for detailed customization compared to MATLAB code, which allows for more precise control. As the best of my knowledge, while MATLAB code can be more complex and prone to errors, it provides greater flexibility for experienced users who need to optimize and refine their models.
