I remember when working with Xerox and with the challenge to deliver a set of servers in a datacenter with reduced capacity. The data center provider needed to expand the infrastructure and the server provider to assure that new capacities were suitable for the servers to be delivered. I recall them that in this case, were part of my team and that was not acceptable; however, the problem was deeper.
