Analysing conflicts inherent in the organization’s 3D prints projects, it is implicitly clear that conflicts should be solved by leaders and managers. Hold post mortem feedback sessions, debrief sessions etc. Design a conflict-solving model because disagreement is inevitable; every individual should be embraced and heard. Maintain clear communication frequently sharing progress and using tools that will ensure that the team is on the same page, regarding schedules and assignments. Constructive communication entails respecting each other while at the same time ensuring everyone is accountable to the other, the main aim is to ensure the project is completed on time.

From experience, I’ve found that resolving team tensions requires proactive communication and fostering collaboration. For instance, during a delayed 3D print project, I facilitated open discussions to address misunderstandings, clarified roles, and set shared goals. This not only resolved conflicts but also ensured the project was completed on time.
