Sometimes it is hard to agree on one course of action. Especially on something that cannot be measured scientific like professional boundaries. It is important in these moments for the manager/team leader to promote a safe space to collaborate opposing views. And to ensure that all views are respected, valued and included. It is not about who is right or wrong... it is about how we can resolve the issue at hand in a way that is suitable and follows the law and policies.
