1 Understand the expectations

Muchas Veces las altas gerencias, no tienen idea como transmitir una idea a las personas que forman parte de un proyecto o forman parte de una empresa, donde se les explique los objetivos, plazos, prioridades entre otras, así como muchas veces no buscan la forma de hacersen entender para tener un plan con decisión, por ello para ayudarlos es por medio de realizar un puente entre cada uno de los protagonistas del proyecto y el gerente general poniendolo al tanto, uno tambien que espera, buscando una participación donde se involucre a todos, donde todos puedan trabajar hacia un mismo rumbo, muchas veces el tener un buen camino al dialogo y la comunicación evita que se presenten percances.

El lenguaje correcto y bien empleado es clave, parte de la comunicación parte de la forma como transmito la información, como me dirijo a las personas, se que se esta diciendo en primera persona, pero es la forma en como se transmite los mensajes, porque el lider es aquel que es capaz de llevar a todos los participantes de su organización al exito, es alguien que da ejemplo y se hace ver como un ser de ejemplo, como alguien que por medio del respeto, la disciplina y lealtad, los lleva a todos hacia una misma meta.

Muchas veces los lideres de equipo no se centran en el valor de su trabajo, por una sencilla razón, algunos estan escampando, otros se lo toman muy serio, pero de la misma manera, quieren algo de protagonismo, o a su vez que halla sinergia, muchas veces ellos tienen que hacer cosas que no se encuentran dentro del pliego de los proyectos, o actividades, lo que de alguna manera no permite una comunicación amena, muchas veces los desafios, logros o aprendizajes no alcanzados, no se alcanzan a mostrar con un plus a la organización, clientes, o los interesados, por ello, cuando no se dan los mecanismos de participación o confianza entre partes es dificil, pues esto hace que no halla el valor suficiente para asumir diferentes roles.

Cuando se escucha, atiende y responde de manera efectiva, muchos problemas pueden ser solucionados, cuando se pone un grano de arena desde las altas gerencias, la situación/clima laboral cambia para bien, cuando se escucha, se tiene interes, se sabe que hay un problema se hace un diagrama tipo Forecast, donde todas las partes interesadas, opinen, digan lo que les molesta, lo que les agrada, expresar los dolores, así como lo bueno, permite tener una retroalimentación, muchas veces al tener eso, se retienen talentos, se retienen personas con gran capacidad de desenvolvimiento, cuando se muestra, aprecio, reconocimiento y gratitud, se sabe que ese talento no se ira, de lo contrario se va para otra empresa, o en su defecto creara una empresa.

Muchas veces la comunicación de forma adecuada, permite tener un apoyo constante, si todos trabajaran de forma sincronica, todo mejora, si se requiere de un consejo, ayuda u orientación es porque muchas veces una decisión mal tomada, cae sobre el nombre de la empresa, y en muchas empresas cuando algo sale mal, se busca un culpable, y muchas veces en vez de todos estar en pro de una responsabilidad, se culpa a quien menos tiene que ver, muchas veces esto lo que hace es opacar, o por el contrario si esta persona no se comunica y pide el apoyo necesario, es dificil. Por ello el consultar con otras personas, documentacion, mentores, permite desarrollar skills que permitan una resolución más certera, y una comunicación adecuada con altos mandos.
