In today’s era of continuous digital advancement teachers can’t be left behind. We have to stay updated to the extent of our requirements at least. If we look back at the times of pandemic most teachers upgraded themselves in quick time. If there is a will to learn and resources are made available teachers should be able to navigate through the challenges. Teachers have to identify the needs of their own and the students. They need to skill themselves and practice. In most academic institutions facilities in terms of software and hardware are available. My experience has it that some teachers are reluctant to move out of the comfort zone unless pushed a little! Otherwise it is not difficult to rub shoulders with digital natives!
