What’s worked for me is focusing on how e-learning enhances their expertise rather than replaces it, -I remind them that e-learning allows their knowledge to reach a much larger audience, even beyond traditional boundaries. -I point out how e-learning tools can streamline tasks like assessments or tracking progress, freeing them up to focus more on their core expertise. -I always make sure they know they won’t be left to figure it out alone, offering training and ongoing help eases a lot of the hesitation. For me, showing how e-learning complements their strengths makes all the difference!
