Acredito que este é o grande desafio dos dias atuais. No meu caso, antes da pandemia era mais fácil pois os remotos eram poucos, e tinham apenas poucos dias fora do escritório. Após a pandemia esses números inverteram os times remotos s?o maiores e quase n?o v?o para o escritório. Neste novo ceário, ferramentas, processos e metodologia de acompanhamento precisaram ser remodelados e adaptados, mas o que mais ajudou foi o diálogo. Apesar da distancia física e das mudan?as nos processo internos a conversa franca com o time e as inevitáveis corre??es de rumo foram essenciais. Vamos aguardar as "cenas dos próximos capítulos" pois hoje já vejo alguns vendedores querendo voltar pelo menos 2x por semana para o escritório.
