If your student is struggling and falls behind, you need to adapt your teaching methods to better meet their needs and help them succeed. You should also: 1) Provide additional notes or tutoring to help them catch up. 2) Create a supportive environment for students from diverse backgrounds. 3) Tailor assignments to suit your students' skill set and capabilities.

Balancing a struggling student’s needs with the class pace is crucial for their success. I start by individualizing learning, creating assignments that align with their skill level to help build their confidence.if a student struggles with fractions, I might give them tailored practice problems before introducing more complex concepts. I also provide additional resources, like recommended online tutorials or extra tutoring sessions, to reinforce their understanding outside of class.I foster a supportive environment by encouraging peer mentorship; pairing them with a classmate can make a huge difference.By creating a space where questions are welcomed and support is readily available, I help all students feel valued and capable of succeeding.

I d usually have a chat with them separately and help them develop pace. When I generally teach, I make sure atleast 90% of them actually understood what was taught. I do this by asking simple questions and demonstrating illustrative learning examples or an interactive video. This will give the struggling student some time to cope up and maybe even understand it better.

To ensure a struggling student’s academic success while maintaining class pace, I would: 1. Offer Personalized Support 2. Provide Additional Resources 3. Encourage Peer Tutoring 4. Adjust Assessment Methods 5. Communicate with Parents/Guardians 6. Foster a Growth Mindset

Education is a process and not a race. Every learner is unique. The best way to allow time for each student is to adopt a 'competency-based' learning model.
