The easiest way to stay motivated is to do work that you not only love doing, but are also naturally great at. This is called being in your Zone of Genius from a book called "The Big Leap" by Gay Hendricks. When you're in that zone, all the problems surrounding motivation disappear.

I write down my goals every morning after my morning read. But, I write them down as if I have already accomplished them For example, one of my goals is to control over. 10,000 units. So the way I write it is "I control over 10,000 units". Another example is that I want to help thousands of people achieve their financial goals. So I write "I helped thousands of people achieve their financial goals by investing their resources in real estate" I found that by not only writing my goals down on paper every day, but also writing them down as if they have already happened, it has helped tremendously with my with my real estate career. Because since I write them down like if the have already happened, I behave like if they have already happened
