La comunicación constante es esencial, como líder tienes que superar cualquier obstáculo de tu equipo, tú eres el responsable. Pero ten cuidado de no presionar, ni de parecer que lo estás haciendo. Personalmente me gusta una comunicación más directa, como los chats, pero puedes abarcar varios canales: emails, herramienta de gestión, etc. Además de ser responsable de un proyecto, debes ser responsable humanamente de las personas que conforman tu equipo. Sé empático con los problemas, y motiva a tu equipo para cumplir cada etapa.

Cuando se lidera un proyecto de trabajo, estandarizar el proceso mediante una estrategia es esencial para lograr su exito. Al tener proceso optimizados, el equipo puede enfocarse en su trabajo, sea de creación o de producción. Sin embargo, hay algo que considero muy importante, debes asegurarte que cada miembro sepa trabajar con el proceso de estandarización propuesto, por ejemplo: Notion. No todos están familiarizados y puede ser engorroso. Lo primero que haría en ese caso, es que todo el equipo aprenda a usarla, y por supuesto, hacerla lo mas simple que se pueda, para evitar que una cuestión administrativa se convierta en un problema.
