La gestión del tiempo puede ser un desafío, pero estas estrategias me ayudan a mantenerme productiva: Priorizar con una matriz de urgencia e importancia para enfocar en lo esencial. Bloques de tiempo en mi calendario para tareas clave, estructurando el día y evitando distracciones. Regla de los dos minutos: completar de inmediato las tareas rápidas. Pausas estratégicas para recargar energía y mantener la concentración. Encontrar un sistema que funcione y ajustarlo según sea necesario es clave.
