En mi experiencia dando ofreciendo y coordinando equipos de soporte, es un escenario muy común sobre todo cuando se presenta una incidencia general o nos encontramos en medio de un control de cambio. Lo ideal en estos casos es saber priorizar las solicitudes en cuanto impacto y urgencia, así es más fácil que utilices los recursos de una forma más eficiente. También si eres el coordinador ayudar al equipo en todo lo que puedas en vez de únicamente dirigir, eso subirá el compromiso del equipo, los hará sentir respaldados y tendrás un recurso adicional para salir de la contingencia. ????
