Struggling to bridge IT ops and dev for cloud performance?

Basically as per my understanding and working experience devops is a cultural or a flow where you need to fit this is not just that to say that i have learned multiple tools now i am a devops engineer you should have the knowledge to combine all of these tools together and make a solution or flow which help people to understand the complex terms in very easy way.

Some ways to get started in the field: - find a mentor : if you encounter someone have better knowledge usually in your team, office, or online connect with them ask for help show your curiosity by learning basics like Linux, Networking and cloud. - I disagree that you can't find the people, start the journey find the problems and solve them discuss with other people about issues people from dev or ops and right people will find you. - initially in my career I got an automation task and I did it and read documentation and kept asking questions which led me to a devops training program within the org. And eventually I kept unfolding new tools in the field till date .

The first step of DevOps culture should always be educating the team. Through this, one could reach better understanding and have better expectations and collaborations between teams.
