En mi experiencia, la mejor forma de cerrar la brecha se basa en 3 puntos: 1. Trabajo conjunto, el negocio debe ser parte del equipo que define, valida y prueba la solución construida. 2. Los incentivos no deben ser antagónicos. 3. TI debe mantener al tanto de forma constante al negocio de los avances, riesgos y cambios para asegurar su adhesión al proceso de construcción.
