how and where do we get feedback from? 1) Daily Standup - This is not a place for feedback, but as an experienced scrum master and facilitator we can notice the progress and blocks and with that we can get the essence of how the team members are performing on the sprint. This helps us in the future Sprint Planning. 2) Sprint Retrospective - This is very important event, needs to be carefully Facilitated and gather feedback from all the Scrum team members, this helps in improving the overall collaboration in the team. 3) Sprint Review - Collecting feedback from Stakeholders. Points 2 and 3 are interchangeable after a discussion with the team.

By identifying what's crucial and what isn't, teams can better plan their product's future. To make product backlog more useful and the project more successful also, consider using gamification and other methodes to boost team collaboration and engagement. This can lead to a more accurate backlog and better overall productivity. In my experience using the techniques like SCAMPER, even in combination with crazy 8, etc during backlog refinement sessions, would help alot to providing an effective product backlog and proactive and passionate teamwork toward the project goals.

Iterative Approach encourages both the Scrum team and stakeholders to work well together, provided the Scrum team understands and show that they value the feedback provided and also the Stakeholders show upto all review meetings promptly and understand what's delivered and provide appropriate feedback. once this flow is set then by few iterations the Scrum team can be a high performing team, this is the power of Iterative approach in agile.
