Effective Communication is where many teams fail. One needs to not only deploy tools and processes that foster communication, but also look at ensuring effective communication. There no one approach that can work for all. It is imperative to understand the organization’s culture and operational constructs. Depending on what would work best for the teams involved, a personalized and customized communication approach should be adopted. At some places offline tools and sharing documents work to stay aligned on topics, at others face to face workshops or meetings seems more effective. Choice of tools or processes should depend on where you have buy in of majority of the mass to adopt & follow it, only then it could reap successful results
