"Que atire a primeira pedra" quem nunca enfrentou uma rejei??o em seu meio profissional, por mais que fosse velada. N?o acredito em "super-homens" histórias perfeitas. Mas sim, na boa e velha resiliência, construída com "vontade de dar certo", orgulho (também ajuda), necessidade (costuma ser o mais comum), base emocional (é bom estar em dias) e um apoio verdadeiro é fundamental (pais, c?njuge, amigos ou líderes religiosos). Um dia de cada vez. Um problema de cada vez. N?o acredito em milagres.

Confesso que n?o é muito simples ou fácil ressifnificar um momento de rejei??o profissional. Mas todos esses anos tem me mostrado que a paciência e o tempo aliviam bastante essa dificuldade. é claro que n?o podemos nos entregar ou deixar de lado as raz?es entendidas ou recebidas pelas quais sofremos a rejei??o. Mas entender que n?o é pessoal e deixar de lado nosso ego para atender aquilo que está sendo solicitado ou cobrado, acredito ser um passo rápido e importante ser dado no sentido de continuar a caminhada.

Sempre que alguém do time é afetado por isso, ou eu mesmo, costumo tornar essa experiência numa exemplo a ser compartilhado, é claro de forma bem impessoal (pra n?o gerar desconforto). Como se fosse um benchmarking. Mas só funciona se vier seguido da resposta "positiva" para essa rejei??o, normalmente em forma de a??o corretiva, melhoria ou achievment. Costuma funcionar bem, pelo menos para a grande maioria, inclusive pra mim. Parece ser uma espécie de exorcismo que precisamo fazer para seguir em frente de forma mais leve.
