Fijar objetivos y expectativas es fundamental, si bien es cierto, debemos estar listos para cualquier tipo de reunión, imprevista o programada, lo mejor es brindar los temas y puntos a tratar precio a que se realice la reunión, esto con el objetivo que el equipo se prepare para todo lo que se hablara, que sea más fluido y que se haga con confianza.
