Finally, this should be re-enforce with a proper training programs planned by the oil companies depending on the position or the role they will asume.

Estando en la Faja Petrolífera del Orinoco, habia algunas organizaciones queriendo participar a diario de las operaciones de taladro y de campo en general. desde mi experiencia es importante dar a conocer que las restricciones del trabajo en la industria tienen que ver con los altos riesgos que existen en ella. De igual forma, hacer desde el principio una campa?a de informcaión y de limitación, en donde se entienda que sin una formación tecnica profunda la comunidad está limitada a participar. Las empresas para cumplir con su responsabilidad social hacer programas sociales de formación en otros ambitos de la economía. Invertir en habilidades de la comunidad fomenta un grupo de talentos para el futuro, si se divulgan los criterios bien.
