Talking about Mature students I believe to engage mature students with modern digital tools, start by offering clear, step-by-step tutorials to build their confidence. Use user-friendly platforms, and gradually introduce features to avoid overwhelming them. Foster a supportive learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring digital tools at their own pace.

Every method of teaching comes with its requirements for maximum results and one of such requirements when it comes to remote learning is ?Flexible and personalized Learning: Tailoring activities to students’ strengths and interests, ensuring every student can engage at their level as well as allowing students some level of autonomy over how they learn or option to work on self-paced modules remains a game changer. The goal remains that engaging learning takes place and success attained ? Set Clear Expectations Start each class with an agenda, letting students know what to expect and any goals for the session. Get them involved to carry them along. Regularly provide guidelines to help students feel secure and focused.

Online learning cannot replace offline, as students cannot feed of each other's energies. As a teacher turned digital marketer, I recommend these tips: 1. Teacher has to have a high energy so as to infect the students sitting remotely in their homes. 2. Teacher has to be alert to notice when students are zoning out. 3. Constant interaction to build engagement for students under 11 years. Students over 11 years may interact lesser. 4. Solid preparation for each class with worksheets, HW, assignments, or class activities. 5. A strong + encouraging end to every class so as to motivate the students to log in again and continue to learn.
