Normally someone that do that in public, is someone really envy, competitive and insecure. If it was worried about the patient, can be easily done in private with a different logical attitude. To do it this way in my opinion, is not assertive and shows very little of kindness in the work environment. I would not take it seriously. And just answer check cv, check register, check claims and have a nice day. With that kind of people, the less interaction, the better! Only for working, with better attitude a coffee, maybe!
