Every trainer has their own ways of handling the challenges. If we take it too emotionally, we will not be able to move forward. But if we take it rationally, they will help us grow further. If my participants are challenging my methodology, i will understand them, listen to them carefully & i will take those if they are relevant & implement it. Post implementation, i will give the credit to them for helping me. By being modest & good, we can avoid conflicts

Take the feedback positively. Should have a open discussion with participants to understands the issue they faced , do a trajectory correction accordingly of your training to address participants issue.

First thing is - 'Listen to understand the concern and the intention.' You are unique - Your strength, your style can be different from others, but is it working in your favour? Once you are open to listening, ask questions for clarification if you have any. Thank the member for sharing the feedback. Next is analyse the feedback you got. Segregate what to apply and what not. Remember not all feedback is meant to be implemented, but yes all feedback is meant to be thought upon. Last step is to plan and prepare for your next project, keeping the feedback in mind. All The Best.
