As per my experience, while the actor is taken care of by the health personnel, we shoot the frames that do not have that actor involved. If the treatment is taking more time, we need to find the actor's replacement ASAP, get director's approval and then agency & client's approval. Once the actor is approved, we can do the shooting with the actor. The replacement of course incur additional costs for talent and it needs to be approved by the client before we shoot with the new actor.

Creo que antes de tomar una decisión, esto es lo más importante. Ya que va a depender mucho de cómo sean las escenas, de qué forma estén pensadas. Si se pueden posponer las locaciones y los demás actores. Si se puede ir comenzando con otras escenas. Obviamente también qué tanto queremos a ese actor/ actriz y hacer todo lo posible por acomodar el rodaje. Reemplazar a alguien es mucho más difícil, pero si ya se agotaron todas las posibilidades, se reemplaza. Lo importante siempre es solucionar.

Hola! Tuve esta experiencia. Lo que hicimos es cambiar el plan de rodaje, posponiendo las escenas en las que salía esa actriz. En el caso de ser posible, también se puede modificar el guion técnico, y si la actriz ausente comparte plano con otro actor, desdoblar la conversación y filmar todos los planos de él primero. Si necesitamos usar una referencia, podemos utilizar una "doble" de la actriz de espalda. Cuando la actriz pueda retomar se hacen los planos de ella.
