When doubt arises, it's crucial to reaffirm the strength of your thought leadership. To navigate this challenge:
How do you communicate the value of your vision to stakeholders?
-
In my experience you will never fully convince others to adopt your vision because it's personal, shaped by your unique experiences and desires. Vision co-evolves through continuos interaction, and leadership is more about co-creating a shared future than persuading others to see things your way. Its never a thing. If you need evience, facts etc. I suggest its already been done and not a vision. Successful visionaries invite others to contribute, creating a more dynamic, collective vision. Trying to simply "sell" your vision to funders or stakeholders often fails, and I would say you are looking in the wrong direction, in they dont get it move on, but involving them in its evolution ensures a stronger outcome for all.
