With the support of historical data, trained personnel and specialized software, can be predicted, it should be noted that it results in high costs which will be optimized by preventing unwanted situations.

Few examples I've seen in the context of machine learning and AI being used in real world petroleum engineering use cases are: Predictive Maintenance: Using machine learning algorithms to predict equipment failures in advance by analyzing operational data, leading to reduced downtime and maintenance costs. Production Forecasting: AI models can forecast well performance and production rates based on historical and real-time data, leading to better decision-making. Each of these applications leverages Python’s extensive libraries and tools for data processing, analysis, and machine learning.
