Usualmente se planifica pero no hay un plan de acción para cuando se presenten los retrasos. Uno debe de aprender a poner colchones en el calendario, aprender a superponer tareas, y saber gestionar los equipos para que los retrasos no sean a propósito sino fortuitos y se puedan resolver. Una anécdota es que he visto es que muchas veces los retrasos son por falta de recursos para ahorrar costes, pero esta forma trae problemas adelante. La calidad debe estar por encima de todo en los proyectos.
