The need of user differs based on their uniqueness, therefore, this is needed to be considered. That is why various research methods is needed to be considered when building a product. The availability of dark mode and light mode on product is majorly to give space to different visual issues. All other issues needed to be considered too after usability testing is done. It may even require interview method of research.
