Si queremos formar en tecnología, dependiendo del nivel desde el que se parta, es mejor no implementar tecnología. Si hay que usarla, pero no debe de ser una traba adicional para el usuario. El frontend tiene que ser lo más sencillo posible, que el usuario solo tenga que navegar y ver, youtube kids es un buen ejemplo a seguir. En el backend ya puede estar todo lo complejo, y definirse la toma de datos. Un sistema de aprendizaje muy complejo o completo ya supone un aprendizaje adicional, que no es necesario (salvo que ese sea el objetivo del aprendizaje).

Think bigger with a bite size approach. Determine the benchmark that makes sense for your company and clients you serve. Then ask yourselves, which of these team members could produce the results needed within this timeframe based on where they are now vs where we’re headed. That plays a role in who should be prioritized for specific skill trainings based on the project or future trajectory of the organization. Obviously it should also aligned with who you are. Constantly evolving is great. It’s even better when there’s an anchor such as core values to guide which direction the company/organization is going. Make sure to not only increase skills but connect them to the soul of the organization. Creates buy-in and sustainability.
