We can easily figure out win rates, the amount of experiments ran, and the impact of those experiments. Take the guess work out and set clear expectations. EZPZ. Don't make it awkward and weird, but make it motivating and fun. Imagine playing sports and needing to wait to see the score board. That would be bizarre. Create that scoreboard for your team so they always know whats good.
